• Individual Registration – $50.00
  Register as an individual. Individuals will be placed into teams of four. If you would like to be placed with certain other individuals please list their names here and the agreed Team name.
• Individual Registration Including Sponsorship – $50.00
  Register to sponsor one of nine holes. As a sponsor you agree to provide a person to be present to manage that hole and a prize for the hole. Sponsors will be acknowledged through our website, social media branding on the designated hole and mentioned during the awards ceremony.
