Better Business Habits has been valued for its member's ability to help each other to find opportunities for each other. These opportunities have come in several forms such as referrals, resources sharing or advice.
Our last networking activity successfully focused on identifying referrals for other members. For this group activity we will look at how we can identify opportunities for each others businesses. This could be in the form of resource sharing, connecting with an influencer through a person's network, or helping identify a new customer segment.
It would be valuable for you to have an area that you would like to work on and present it to the group during your introduction.
During the activity time you will be broken up into 3 equal groups. Each group will choose one member's opportunity to brainstorm. The group will use a framework to work through then present the insights and results at the end of the session.
