This week Jamie will facilitate open discussion and present some areas within business that create a right first impression. Sometimes in business priority is given to the obvious and important big ticket items, and the easier and less costly improvements maybe swept under the carpet or put on the someday list. What does your customer experience (see or hear or feel) when they first interact with your business?
