Christine holds a Bachelor of Laws from Otago University, Dunedin in New Zealand and completed her Master of Laws from QUT in 1999. She has been practising law on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years.
With extensive experience in simple and complex Estate Administration matters, including assisting executors navigate and complete all aspects of their roles as well as advising on contesting wills and estate disputes, Christine is well versed to give professional and practical advice in all estate matters. Christine has also developed a strong interest in all aspects of Elder Law and assisting clients to plan for their futures and make the right decisions so they can enjoy their retirement years.
Christine has also been practising in the area of franchising since 1995 and acts for the Franchisors of several major franchise systems which operate throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Christine also assists prospective franchisees who are looking to acquire a franchise either as an existing business or as a greenfield site or operation. Christine can help prospective Franchisees step through the maze of issues to consider when acquiring a franchise and give clear and understandable advice.
