Few industries give you a better window into how the Sunshine Coast is changing than property - and few people have experienced that change from as many perspectives as Peter Cox.
With family connections to the Sunshine Coast stretching back to the 1960s, Peter has a deep affection for the region. He brings together 15 years of local real estate experience and 12 years serving as a Sunshine Coast Councillor, giving him a unique understanding of property, people and the community we call home.
Peter's property career has included co-owning an award-winning real estate agency that ranked number one in Queensland and within the top 10 nationally. His experience spans high-end homes, major developments and off-the-plan projects, and he has successfully negotiated hundreds of property transactions.
But for Peter, real estate has always been as much about people as property. Trust, transparency, communication and relationships have been central to his approach — values that have resulted in repeat clients and referrals throughout his career.
Peter is now Director of Cartwright 1726 Pty Ltd, working in conjunction with Amber Werchon Property, bringing his considerable property and community experience to the next chapter of his career.
